ADHD Counselling & DBT Therapy.

Each of the 10 sessions takes up to 90 minutes, dependant on each individual and costs £75.

Concessions for block bookings – 10 session DBT ADHD Therapy Course £650.00.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

I understand that life can sometimes be busy, unpredictable, and that unexpected situations do arise. If you need to cancel or rearrange your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

I will always do my best to be flexible with appointment times and dates to support your schedule. However, if a session is missed without notice, the full session fee will usually be charged. I understand that emergencies can happen, and these situations can of course be reviewed with care and understanding.

Payment is made upon booking by Bank Transfer/Paypal.
