I’m a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist with a deeply personal understanding of emotional and mental health challenges. I struggled with ADHD for over 40 years. This had a profound influence on my career. Knowing what it’s like to feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns that seem impossible to change. My healing journey taught me resilience, compassion, and the power of the right support—and it’s that kind of support I now offer to others.

I specialise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), a skills-based approach designed to help people manage emotions, build better relationships, and live more mindfully. I work with clients to access deeper parts of the mind, release limiting beliefs, and make lasting change.
